Everything, it was peaceful, calming, and very clean. The staff were very friendly and it wasn't too far from Winsdor, if you wanted to shop or just sew the sights. The pool was one of the best pools I swam in. It was an Olympic size and very spacious, and 9 feet deep. The facility has a game room and a community center for kids. They had a movie theater, a billiards hall, a ballroom, and a weight fitness center. The kids loved the playground and the pool. The hiking trails were very well kept as well. The villa apartments were spacious with a small kitchen, sitting room, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. It also it provided a complmentary laundry room for guests. and the whole facility was very well kept as well. The restaurant was fancy but not too fancy where you had to dress up. The food was excellent there as well. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. I will definitely book again, and also, I do recommend others to book as well. The pricing was reasonable. You definitely get your money's worth staying here.

Love this resort this was our second time staying here. Beautiful rooms wonderful admendities. We had to wait 30mins to check in because our room wasn't ready. But a woman who seemed to be of some importance came by and they upgraded our room from a 1bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom.this trip was for our anniversary so it was perfect timing. Dinner at the maple kitchen was amazing. We ate early and were the only ones there so it was perfect. Didn't get the chance to visit the pool this stay but will try next time. I would definitely recommend this wonderful place

We were accommodated on short notice - the staff worked hard to ensure we got a 2-bedroom villa. They take fire monitoring and control very seriously - noting the sprinklers in each room, monitors, and alarms. This is especially important when you have so many villas each with kitchen facilities.

We were in a block a little up the road from the main hotel building, and it was a huge suite with a lovely view from the windows and balcony over the hills right in the heart of some stunning countryside. Very clean and very comfortable and pretty good value for money considering the size or room, facilities and outlook. Cheerful and very helpful reception staff. Even though it was remote the block had good wifi connectivity.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. And there is a fantastic grocery/cafe (Brownsville Butcher & Pantry) about 5 minutes walk from the hotel - accessible by a short trail in front of the registration building.
